A letter from Roman
Why
A good meeting already does the work. People explain the problem, think out loud, push back and agree on what happens next. By the time the call ends, most of what matters has been said.
Then the work starts over. Someone writes up what was agreed, sends the follow-up, updates the CRM and the status report, often in the evening and often the person who should have been with the client instead. And the notes mostly go unread. We have plenty of our own that we never opened again.
What doesn't get done slips away. A task agreed on Tuesday is forgotten by Friday, and when an account lead leaves, the client's history leaves with them. That isn't a problem with the people in the meeting. It's a problem with the setup around it.
What we build
Jurnie captures the meeting wherever it happens, in the room, on site or on a call, and writes up what comes next in your team's own format: the follow-up, the minutes, the status report, the update in your tools. Nothing is sent until you've read it.
We build for the languages our customers meet in, and for the meetings that switch between them. We keep their data in the EU, because that's what their clients and their IT ask for.
Where we are
We're a small team in Denmark. Many of the things on this site came from customers asking for them, and we read every message. If something doesn't work for you, or you'd like to see where we're going next, write to us at hello@jurnie.ai.
