Close your account or delete your data
Delete meetings yourself, remove someone from your team, stop paying, or have an account deleted by Jurnie support.
To have your account deleted, email support@jurnie.ai from the address you sign in with. We confirm the request with you before anything is deleted.
Deleting an account deletes the meetings that person captured, including meetings they shared with teammates or teamspaces. It can't be undone, so save anything you want to keep first.
Often a smaller step is enough
Delete particular meetings. Open the meeting, click More options (⋮) and choose Delete meeting. Only the person who captured a meeting can delete it, and deleting is permanent. See Rename, delete or download a meeting.
Keep a copy first. Download transcript, in the same menu, saves a meeting's transcript to your computer.
Someone is leaving your team. An admin deactivates them on the Team page. They can no longer sign in, their meetings stay, and they stop counting as a paid seat. See Invite and manage your team.
Stop paying. If no card was ever added, there is nothing to cancel: the subscription ends with the free trial. Otherwise an admin manages the subscription in Settings → Organization → Billing management, or emails support@jurnie.ai. See Subscription and billing.
Disconnect a calendar or another tool. In Settings → Integrations, click Disconnect on it and confirm. Some tools, such as HubSpot, can only be disconnected by an admin.
Stop Jurnie remembering. An admin can switch off Memory in the organization settings, for the whole organization. Jurnie then stops adding to memory and stops using it, but doesn't delete what it already remembers. To have memory deleted, for the whole organization or for one person, an admin can email support@jurnie.ai. See Organization settings.
Closing a whole organization
An admin emails support@jurnie.ai and says so. Mention whether you also want the subscription cancelled and every member's meetings deleted. We confirm the request with the organization's admins in writing before anything is deleted.
